POLE TECH & FLEX
Students get to learn pole tricks on static pole accordingly to their levels.

Stretching elements will be included in this class to help build strength and improve flexibility.  The pole helps encourage students to control their stretches while teaching them to push physical and mental limits.

SPIN POLE
Techniques for dancing on a pole that spins is quite different from what we're used to on a stationary or static pole. The key differences are strength / control and momentum / Speed.  Come and join us on this whole new experience.

EXOTIC POLE DANCE
This dance style is associated with the Russians and their amazing strength and skills around the pole. Exotic pole dance is about wowing the audience with complex base work / low flow, deceptive strength work, and crazy transitions.

EXOTIC POLE DANCE TECHNIQUE
In this class, students will learn the Russian style dance techniques that used in a choreography. It's all about slowly building up the strength and bringing more awareness to body control.  MUST wear shorts and tank top or workout bra top. NO jewellery. NO clothing with zippers.
 
POLE DANCE
In this class, you'll learn pole dance technique and choreography while keeping a strong focus on movement, musicality and emotion. You'll be working on and off the pole allowing you to learn to move in new ways creating shapes and movements that will keep you evolving as a dancer or performer.

AERIAL YOGA FLOW
This aerial yoga class is open to all levels (no intro needed).
 
Taught as a sequential flow to music, this class incorporates levitating meditations, partial or full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction and finishing with floating Savasana. This class is a low-intensity flow and you will be guided through your practice at a gentle pace, to allow for a deeper understanding of the movements, poses, and your body. MUST wear leggings and t-shirt. NO jewellery. NO clothing with zippers.
 
AERIAL HOOP
The aerial hoop (also known as the lyra or aerial ring) is a circular steel apparatus rigged from the ceiling, giving you the opportunity to execute dynamic tricks, spins and swings! The hoop provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, transitions and routines.
 
Aerial Hoop classes are great for building strength, stamina and increasing flexibility.  A full class will give your whole body a good workout especially your core muscles and your upper body strength.  MUST wear leggings and t-shirt. NO jewellery. NO clothing with zippers.
 
DEEP STRETCH
Deep Stretch is an accessible class that everyone needs – athletes, advanced practitioners, weekend warriors, first time yoga students and everyone in between. Focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen, which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body.
 
FLEXIBILITY & STRENGTH
This is a fit ball assisted class.  
The fit ball is continually mobile under the students’ body therefore it gives students a sense of posture and weight–placement whilst feeling each correct muscle group.  All the exercises will strengthen your core stability, flexibility, muscle control, balance and help improve your dancing skills.
